Republicans for Voldemort? wuh..

On our way home from breakfast at a local spot in Annapolis, a bumper sticker caught whitney's eye.

Thought i'd share.

Has anybody seen this??   What are they trying to say??

    Either making fun of Republicans (likely) or some self deprecation/sarcasm (funny). Probably not something nice either way, but...it's hilar.
